Quanterium LLC provides direct business lending services including, but not limited to, working capital loans, equipment financing, revenue-based financing, business lines of credit, and invoice financing to qualifying businesses in the United States.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
